Anyone heard of these amps? Are they any good?

It was designed in 1995 according to the PCB, and looks quite well made for a commercial amp.

I bought one recently, and the output transistors on on one of channels appear to have gone (0 ohms between 2 of the legs), and I was going to try fixing it if I can find someone selling the same transistors...

Would it be worth changing the transistors for both channels at once? IE, do they need to be matched?

from the low cost integrated amps the best model, that I have ever heard; exceptionally good RIAA head amp modul for refitting, SRPP topology, designed by M.Creek.
