What do you mean?Are you asking about the IRFP240 device or the schematic?

HighTec yes i refer to the IRFP240 in the text but on the schematic there is no irfp240 what's that maibe you can tell me
tino-hy i do not understand what's that IRFP all about what is it in fact.

Hi nbcd.

I got the message. On the schematic are 2SK1530/2SJ201,but like Anthony wrote, you can put the IRFP240/IRFP9240.I've built couple of these amps with IRF-s.They are working very fine.
Couple of suggestions:
-you must put a multiturn trimer for bias(P1).It's very sensitive!
-put BF469(Q10) instead of BD139.Mount it on the heatsink with the output devices.
-match the Q2/Q3.Put them together on the PCB,so they can touch each other.Apply some thermal grease between them.
