Heatsink for an I-PAK / TO-251 device ?
Looking for a good way to protect these Mosfets on a perf-boarded circuit. I haven't been able to find anything about standard mounting/heat sinking for I-PAK/TO-251 packages. Anybody here know what is usual for these devices?
