Replacements for 2sa747a transistors

Hello, I'm currently repairing a Yamaha EM-300 powered mixer with blown output transistors in the right channel power amp. Of course, the transistors are the long-discontinued 2SA747A, which are nearly impossible to get ahold of at a resonable price. Does anyone know of any equivalent transistors that I could use as a replacement? These transistors are 140V, 100W, 15Mhz parts with an Hfe of 30 @ 3A @ 4V

I would simply put MJ21194 in there. Not as fast, but it wouldn't matter.
