Default Bypass caps values advice

I want to put bypasss capacitors across my 4 - PS smoothing caps.
Currently 10,000 uf - 63v's and soon to be 15,000.

What values of bypass caps are most suitable please ?
I have .47 uf - 400 v units already - can I use these ?

Thanks in advance
