Default Fore MJL21193/94 driver curcuit needed

Hi

I have these nice things fore a while
But I need input/driver module

I bought Lynx boards to put MJL21193/94 in use

But I would prefer to find a driver module fore these sweet output boards

Output boards will run just above +/-50-55Vdc
I have small custom trafos fore driver module, just about +/-60Vdc
Boards are mono, and holds 4pairs of very closely matched MJL21193/94

Any suggestions would be appreciated
Mind you, I dont have professional tools
