I've never owned one but they were common in small PA systems in the mid seventies, and the MM tag earned them the 'Mickey Mouse' nickname. Theres some more information about them here:

i have here a Amp (MM-Electronics)
and i have a blown-up component in the left-lower-side of the Driver-Board.

Can you make a Detail-Picture of your Amp Driver-Board please ?
So i can figure out what kind of thisg this is ? Maybe a resistor ? (it goes to GND i think)
