Need replacement for devices GET 4871 and SCR 2N4442 in Vintage PA Amp

Hello, does somebody know replacement with todays devices for GET 4871 and SCR 2N4442.

I cant find technical information in datasheetcatalog.com about this devices....

This Devices working in Crowbar for amplifier DC Detect

Get4871 look at 2N4871 at bocasemi.com
2N4442 look at C106 series at onsemi.com

2N4871 from Bocasemi or Centralsemiconductor ....?

Hard to get, online to find and buy is not possibile from this company

Is replacement from another semiconductor like IRF, IXYS, TI, Onsemi, Microsemi, Sanken, Toshiba....possibile ?

The parts from Bocasemi and Centralsemi are identical.
You can also use NTE6410 or NTE6409

do you have replacement for MBS4991 too, this devices is by onsemi obsolete

its a Silicon Bidirectional Switch Diode Thyristors and for DC protect in Amplifier

The NTE devices are from NTE Electronics, and you can get them from Mouser.
