i need to know haw to calculate a gain of this amplifier

your first try would be to get info from themselves at yorkville.com
all manufacturers that are repsectable have some kind of support for customers
unfortunately I did not fins any service manual for CR5
Maybe you can email them?

if this does not work
then we might be able to advice further here
