Default new amp total mosfet

hi there

I have design this amp, through pass laps idee for drive with conventional mosfet for power.

so lets try it, it is simulated so not everything is exact.

distorsion is 0.005 in smulation.

One problem stands out to me: You've use MOSFETs to make a current mirror (Q2/6/8), which doesn't really work very well because they have quite variable Vgs, which means the output current strongly depends on the particular devices used. If you want that to work, you will have to match the FETs, and you will also need some degeneration resistors.

Furthermore, the output current will vary with the supply voltage because the current is set only by the voltage across R4. You can improve that by connecting a capacitor across Q2 drain to the supply.

I tried and fried; can post a picture of hole burnt in a chair by 10W 1Ohm resistor that unsoldered itself and fell down.

Good thing that hot resistor hit the chair!

I have no clue. I saw it already in the hole in the chair after Diana Krall stopped singing abruptly.

Clearly a victim of "simulated brainwashing" wrt the power device input stage and the attempted mosfet Wilson mirror.
