STRANGE SEMIS MANUFACTURED FROM PANASONIC (????)
can this be correct ???? in the first place i thought that this might be a fake ....but it seems not

then on the other hand it lookslike a very nice replacement for tip 142-147 ....

anybody come accros them some time ????

Maybe an upgrade for the TIP122/127 65W TO-220's. 70W @Tj=150 won't exactly replace the 142/147 which are marginal for what a lot of inexperienced builders do with them anyway.

Find us some darlingtons that have SOA like the C3281's, are easier to mount than a TO-3, and maybe we'll be getting somewhere.
