Has anyone taken a look at the Advanced Linear Devices ALD1101, 1102, 1103 etc. They seem to turn on like a lateral MOSFET and the substrate is available. Interesting that there are 2 complementary devices.
I can't imagine that they would be quiet, but might make an interesting differential amplifier... I've found one paper from Dr. Lynn Fuller at RIT, a presentation which has some mention of the devices: http://people.rit.edu/lffeee/MOSFET_DC_Models.pdf , and another at Swarthmore: http://www.sccs.swarthmore.edu/users.../e77vlsi/lab4/ |
