Hello,
need replacement for MPSA13, its a Darlington but impossibile to get in market and MPS3394, this devices is obsolete. Does everybody know replacement with todays devices This devices working in 30 years old PA amplifier as turn on delay for relay and DC detect Is it possibile to replace MPS3394 and MPSA13 with 2 N5551 ? regards from Germany |

hallo.
mpsa13 is a small darlington transistor (like bc517 or bc879) and is still available at reichelt.de price around 0,06 euro.............. grüsse............ |

i think mps3394 is a small signal transistor (25v/100ma/350mw/ebc) with hfe-values 55......to 110, typ. 80 , or so........many parts for substitution........... the 2n5551 should work.....but have a look at the pin layout (anschlussfolge). grüsse................ |
