classe ca 400 output transistor

I have a Classe CA 400 stereo amp from a friend at my bench
where (at least) the p-channel output BJT's are broken.
Does anybody know which type of ouput power transistors
are used in this Classe model (6 pnp and 6 npn per
channel)?
Unfortunately Classe removed the type number from the parts.

I know this is an old thread but for future reference, the output transistors are MJ21193 and MJ21194.

Thank you very much for the information. In the meantime my friend brought the amp to a hifi shop here in Germany and they managed to kill the huge transformator during their attempts to repair the amp!! I guess they messed up the complex wiring of the amp between input/vas stage and output stage.
