I have a xls 602 power amp that does not power up. I have 120v to the torroid. If I disconnect the torroid output from the board I have voltage but if it is plugged in I lose all voltage. Anybody out there that may know a commom component failure on these boards?

Find the schematic and post the power supply section. If you have voltage on the secondary of the transformer without it pluged into the board then the power has to be going somewhere. Have you ever blown a fuse on this beast? Does the on/off light come on? What was it doing when it stopped working? Bob |
