Default kef model 30b subwoofer

Hi all,

i have a Kef 30B subwoofer that has a blown transformer. I need help with what transformer to replace it with.
'PTO8612V26 File E59634' - is printed on the top of the transformer, what is the exact transformer i need as i do not understand the numbers apart from 12volt but what amps etc would it need to be?
Thanks.
