Spice models of BF246 or BF247

Hi,

I couldn´t find any spice models (using LTC) for the BF246 or BF247.
Can anybody help?

Here is a model for the bf246a from my circuitmaker library, dont know how accurate it is.

.MODEL BF246A_XN NJF(Beta=1.754m Betatce=-500m Rd=1 Rs=1 Lambda=2.667m Vto=-1.409 Vtotc=-2.5m Is=33.57f
+ Isr=322.4f N=1 Nr=2 Xti=3 Alpha=311.7 Vk=243.6 Cgd=3.35p M=362.2m
+ Pb=1 Fc=500m Cgs=3.736p Kf=1.356e-002f Af=1)
