I have two stereo power amplifiers that I want to use bridged (one for left and one for right channel). And I have a pre-amp with balanced outputs. This is what I think: Al I have to do is to add a balanced input connector at each power amp and connect the + of the balanced input connector to one channel and the – to the other channel. The speaker output is between the two (left and right) + output terminals of the amplifier.
Is the above completely correct, or are there more aspects to consider? I have no experience with bridging amplifiers so far. Please could someone confirm or correct me? Peter |

Hello
I have the same plan to do .I want to put together a Zenquito class A amp in bridged mode . The interesting about these amplifier it has no need for preamp .But also I would like to use it in balanced mode . It is possible to bridge the two channel like for example Mr.Pass did with the F5 amp? Or I have to ad some adapter , but one more time these amp does not need a preamp and if would possible to use with out any preamp I would like to do so ! Any advise please ! Regards |
