HELP -> Denon POA-3000 Service Manual or DC Offset Problem

I have just bought a Denon POA-3000 (not z series, former series which has Class A biasing) and I've picked up from the seller locally.

The amp has a Very Loud Pop on Left Channel when turning on or off. Also, the amp went into protected mode when played for about 20 minutes or so at low - moderate volume. It also went to protected mode several times during high transient peak.

I measured the DC offset and the Left Channel is about 40mV where the Right Channel is only about 6mV. I guess DC offset is probably acceptable but there are other problems as why it went into protected mode during playing moderate volume and the Loud Pop during turning the amp on and off.

If you have any idea to troubleshoot these problems, I would very much appreciated. I also can't find the service manual on the NET so if anyone here has it, can I get a copy of it? I will even be willing to pay for the service manual if you can point me to the right place.

Usually I check electrolyte condensers when is issue with DC biasing, regarding age and use of the amp, might be one of the problems. As well, main electrolytes can be dry.
