LYNX Power Amp non-authorized clones on ebay

A kind fellow diy'er have justed my informed me, that a Hong Kong guy is selling non-authorized LYNX PCB clones on ebay;

even though following disclaimer is stated on my site;

The LYNX circuit and PCB layout provided here is only for non-commercial diy build and use! You are allowed to make your own PCBs for personal use, but please accept that in that case I do not provide any support! You are not allowed to make and sell copies of the PCBs!

I know there are not much I can do about it, however in the future anyone who seeks support from me on LYNX matters has to provide documentation for, that their LYNX PCB's are the original from me.

Is the pcb a real blueprint from the gerber files or has this dude just looked at the original?

It's a true copy, and the manual he provides for download at ebay is shamelessly my manual with Audio-Circuit etc. printed all over it

Ok! The ebay listing of the LYNX clone has now ended before time.
Maybe it has something to do with my email earlier this morning to the seller?

Hopefully he won't list the LYNX clones again.

You should report it to eBay, I belive they are pretty strict when it comes to copyright violations.

I did also report this to ebay this morning, however I have no experience with ebay, and therefore no idea if they would take this seriously.....

I think Ebay will take this seriously as they could be drawn into it, and blamed in a trial
I know a friend who wrote them in english, but they wanted it in german, and didnt respond until he wrote them in german

I had a similar problem on ebay.
I sell printed circuit board design software on ebay and someone bought a copy to duplicate it and sel it on ebay.

An email to him threatening legal action soon put a stop to his games !
