Just part browsing around, so far, this is the Best $/Watt Switching PSU I've seen.
http://www.astrodyne.com/astro/produ...240&sku=S24048 These supplies are bridgable, this means, buy 2 of the S240-48, you will now have a +/- 48v supply (96v) at 480 watts. Since they are enclosed & approved & overload protected, they might be a good solution for those who don't want to worry about the PSU in their designs.
