Anyone here have a schematic for the Parts Express 300-794 or 300-796?
I recently picked one up (looks similar similar to Apex Jr's MK VX-1250) locally, and really need a schematic to test and work on the thing. All I found was a chart for resistors to change boost. There are two large caps (labelled "Jun Fu 150uf/100v N.P.") on the circuit board, presumably signal path/ DC blocking caps-? Any recommendations for higher quality replacements? -Joe |

I wouldn't mind getting a schematic for this, as well.
I now have a schematic for the Keiga 5230, but it's only similar, and there are lots of differences(e.g. variable phase on the P.E unit). -Chas |

The caps don't pass any signal unless you are hooking up your main speakers to the sub amp as well.
http://www.apexjr.com/images/sr3.jpg If you are hooking up your main speakers this way, I suggest you parallel the 150µF electrolytics with about 4.7µF~10µF of good polypropylene.
