Default Anyone know any specs for 2N8099?

These are NPN TO-92 devices in my PS Audio 200C. Used as voltage buffers and CCS in the input stage. I have searched and hit the typical obsolete parts brokers' results in Google, but nary a datasheet, nor even manufacturer information to be found.
