Went to look for some .pdfs today and http://www.qspeed.com
seems to be rather dormant? Nothing works, and no sign of JFets anywhere... just some diodes. Did they go boots up? _-_-bear

Bear,
Their intended market was portable PC power supplies. That seems not to have materialized and high end audio applications (read: Nelson and me) did not constitute sufficient volume to keep the product active. Grey |

If you are looking for the LU1014 Power JFETs one source that had them on hand as of last spring was www.audioprojekte.de. I'm sure there might be others, but I don't know of them. Due to them LU1014 being discontinued, I purchased 50 of them last spring before they all run out. I wanted enough to be able to get some matched pairs for future projects.
Now I just have to get some money together and get some more 2SJ74 and 2SK109's for the collection, since they are out of production also. Bummer the good stuff seems to be going away. Peace, Dave |
