Glen -- I looked at my old Siliconix data book - not there either. But its capacitance is LEQ that of a 1N914. So maybe trr is equivalent - maybe a couple nanoseconds depending on circuit????

Of course, that can be lowered with judicious application of the Mexican dinner tweak :)
