Default Can you rewire 220V for 120V?

As the title says...can you rewire a 220 volt amp to run on 120....if so, how hard and costly?

you can if the transformer has 2, 110v windings

Unless you have the schematic you'll have to hook it up to a drier outlet and measure the transformer secondaries. And take physical measurements too. Probably be 50 bucks or so, is it worth it.
