Hello
I have a fault in the pre-amplifier section on my amplifier, it is one of the IC,s it is a BX269A (a sony special jobby) Does anyone have one they would be willing to sell me, or has anyone a knackered 8650 they would be willing to sell me parts from Thanks Gary |

is that one of the green thingies? can it be replaced with a adapted board with conventional ics if you have the cct it would help

Hello yes it is one of those green rectangular thingys
I have a service manual for the amp but no info on the chip I did manage to scrape enough resin off to check the transistors and they are working. I also swapped the chip with one in the phono stage (same chip) and it worked so that proves it is the ic Thanks Gary |
