I have pretty much all the later Studiomaster powered desk diagrams, is it the amp or mixer stage that's faulty? I will need the 'R' or 'T' reference number stamped on the pcb.

hi Kev,
thanks for your reply, i have managed to repair the unit it was a real struggle having no diagrams, problems were power amp blown, opamp on output board (not sure what this does dc offset sensing possibly) and shorted cap on mixer channel. it is great that there you have these diagrams, someone said there was a cd with the studiomaster schematics in pdf form, is this what you have? if so would you be prepared to sell me a copy

Yeah that opamp on the little back board got me the first time I did one of these, I think it handles the main inserts and its output is DC coupled to the amp modules...nice!
Any of those little caps dotted around the place can fail s/c, they normally smoke like heck. |

I'm afraid I dont have the basic mixer diagrams, only the powered mixers and amps. The club2000DSP is similar to the Powerpack 400 with an amp in, will this do?

Hi "kev" thanks for the reply but I had to buy one from the U.S. got club dsp,2000, plus some other one's cost me 15 usd did'nt think that was bad. Problem found it's the BA15532n's on the output of the mixer both left and right stange for them both to go down at the same time but sh*t happens. The only problem no is finding someone who sell's them so i'm going to try NE 5532's and make tiny pcb to carry them as they are dip not sil. Again thanks.
