The first Class A amp

Hi there,

I was wondering what you guys thought would be a good first Class A amp to build? I've got extensive experience with headphone amplifiers, and I'm currently leaning towards a 10/15W JHL amp. Is this the right thing to do, or should I try a simpler design first??

thanks, I'll try that! Will I need a power and a preamp, for line level stuff, or just the power amp??
