HI to all thanks for letting me be part of your community.
have an old..older technics sa-gx650 a/v receiver that has been wonderful..until this summer..was listening to it, the power went out (throughout the house..non-storm)..and receiver went off. went to go power back -up and i can hear initial relay for power supply kick on (like a relay click)..fuse is good, although i do not show 110 v across the terminals with dvm. Have no power throughout unit..no display,overload signal..absolutly nothing.
thought maybe the fan short circuited but it has 23 ohm resistance( by technics ser man its good)..was wonder if anyone else has experienced anything like this?..any advice appreciated.
stk sticks look ok,no discoloration in this area or heating up of any type when attempting to power on.
