Default Help please

Hi there, I am looking in to replacing the power transistor on a vintage Marantz receiver(4270). I can't find the original ones ( they are Hitachi 2SC897B). Does anybody know where I can find them or what would be a good replacement.

According to Transistor Substitution Data Book 1993
drop in replacements can be: 2SD427 or 2SD895
