Default PS Audio 200CX high DC

I just got this amp off a person that said it worked perfectly. As with any new gear, I plug in a junk set of speakers.
The driver got real warm almost right away, so I unplugged it and measured DC at the speaker terminals. The left speaker output shows 49.1 volts! The right one .042
Is there an fix for this or is the amp garbage.
I am not an electronics tech, so unless it's real simple it would be beyond me.

Thanks for your input
