thanks to an extraordinary speed

design come from Rotel RB976 MKII
final stage are the famous 2SC5200 & C

Stee, that output is nothing new, first used in 1966, the triple darlington rotel uses is just as good if not better. Why dont you get a copy of D. Selfs audio book, you can learn a great deal from it.

Yet another boring Bipolar amp design!
but i'm not sure that solution was tested by true sonic performance

Stee that type of output is in use by many, have a look at Harmon kardon amps, some even from the late 80s. Like I said it dates from 1966. The BJT mosfet cfp you have there was proposed by JLH as being a superior sounding and dates from 1977.

I have one 976 - 6ch (using balanced 2x2ch stereo)
I would like upgrade two channel with CFP driver

this mosfet BJT CFP is again used by many?
