Don't recognize it. It has a very interesting output stage though. Nice symmetry.

This is the 60W Bipolar amp published by Elektor, designed after their Crescendo and Mini-Crescedo success. With a 35volt supply it produces 40 watts into 8 ohms and 60 watts into 4 ohms. THD is rated at 0.01%, 20Hz to 20KHz.

As per your diagram, T9/T11 and Q2/T12 should be thermally coupled. From memory I recall that P1 is a 100 ohm preset which should be set to minimum resistance at power on and increased to set Iq which can vary between 50mA and 100mA. Sounded good for the times but many of today's designs sound a lot better.

Default From luck!

Hi yeylagh

This circuit is an exact copy of that included in the project library of EDWin XP1.xx CAD-CAE software which i use.
In EDWinXP (Visionics of India) it used for SPICE demonstration, the named EDSpice simulator.
For any query i am available as usually.

Fotios
