Most driver stages with your OP devices use either
2sc4793/2sa1837 (toshiba) or mje15032/33 (Onsemi).

What amp do you have ?? Both the options Os mentioned are good, onsemi unavailable here, watch out where you purchase the other though, 90 percent of components here are fakes and if you end up with one of them you could do even more damage to a amp. Why did they blow in the first place ??

thank u guys
well i'm very limitated in knowledge of electronics....
this is an insignia amp they claim 2x100w
first i work with it in bridge to use as a bass guitar amp for the lows in a bi-amp mode-sounded very bad and one of the channels blew up(oscillations?????-i was burning it with high loads),so later i got 4 of each 2sc5200 and 2sa1943( i cant realise whats the reference for the drivers)and connected them all to the channel still working with a .22 5w resistor in the collector's output of all of the transistors(i guess each base also should have one calculated resistor to assure proper power feed to each transistor),also there 's a resistor beetwen the base and emiter of each pwr transistor(it was 150ohm but now i had put one of 220ohm cause before he made a lot distortion-only measurement tool i have it's a cheap multimeter)....
turned it on-great power enough for a black widow 15'' peavey speaker, fans working slow, bigger heat sink, all great-well the resistor of 10 ohm 2watts on the output(rf filter????) started to loose color so i put a 10 ohm 10 watt and after that no problems more then enough power for me to play live with a drum kit

THE PROBLEM showed up when i was putting the 2 amplifier and the bass pre amp all in the same box chassis ,a 50 cent speaker plug didn't isollate the minus(ground of the amp) of the plug from the chassis of the other amp(no problem right cause they are connected anyway???),so i have that connection already made like kind of star connection beetwen the 2 amplifiers(and he worked fine until i went to close the box)but in the moment of closing the box i tight a little bit more the speaker plug and turn it on(???gound loop????)(i dont see else why) ...the speaker slowly goes up wistle a little bit for like 15 seconds!!!or more ,turned it off,and me in my ignorance(everything was so perfect before)turned it on again and thats when the amp started to burn fuses of 5 6 7 amps.....he he (the relay doesn't even activates the circuit,GOOD!!!)

i think it was instability of my wiring honestly and my rush of closing the box
i have a lot to learn
one 2sc5200 and 2sa1943 are in short(the first ones that the drivers see)(even taking out the drivers transistors) ,the drivers are cracked

MORAL
i have a 500va toroid,i have still five 2sa1943 and five 2sc5200 from fairchild(not fakes for sure)(i mixed them before with the toshiba ones too and the sound was the same, dissipation, voltage on the output)40 000uf in capacitors(bass response was cool) and i'm stucked because of a reference..................
the DC offset on the output was allways starting at 22mv and then after an hour it would be -18mv ,allways....

sorry guys that i'm not interesting on the electronic level but thank you guys for your help
it's a shame all this pieces here dying because of little driver transistors

now with your help guys i'll fix the 2 channels and give it another try on the bridge mode

i know i'm boring,
getting the hell out of here

THANKS PEACE

There are a whole lot more choices for drivers than those, if you go to electronics supplier just ask for complementary audio driver transitors that can handle 1 ampere or more current and if they dont know ask for those suggested or equivalents of those.

Out of curiosity, did you get the fairchild parts here, and from which supplier???

ok
if someone pass here clarify me please
in a crown power base 2,lets say i just use 1 channel,in stereo, the other input and output dont have any load....do i have any risk of malfunction????
i believe not cause there's no loads on channel 2,so.....
but the protections this amp has,are they independent or dependent of the other channel??
it might seem silly this question but i just want to be in the safe side....
i want the amp to last and last and last..like my PionnerMJ500,awsome sound ,the old toshibas before 2sc5200,17 years of hard working, shorts, synths making him shutdown, drawing eat from 9 to 24 for years,3 hz sine waves from a synth, speaker moving slow and never let me down....i've add kenwoods, sony, onkio, sansui, bass amps, subwoofer amps, insignia(w the 2sc5200)nothing sounds clearer(not crispyer) and with better bass response and loud has this pionner(well,it's also not a state of the art for sure)...
i am an appologist that if it works fine, should last you for your lifetime(or at least 20,25 years without service)Crazy?????yeahhh

happy new year
