hi..i have built hafler xl280 amp..amp has +-47volts power supply( normally amp has+-70dc volts supply)when i turn on the amp it gives large dc.when i turn off the amp it starts to play well until the capacitors discharged..i didnt understand..what can be the problem ?

i built and worked the amp but there is 100mv offset..is it normal ?

If the power supply is that low, but not blowing fuses, I think maybe the transformer is wired for 240VAC and you are powering it with 120.
