I have a P500 regenerator I'm rewiring to 230V.
The transformer has dual primaries, but I'm not sure of the wire color codes.
I used a multimeter to check resistance between each wire and this is what I got:
Blue/black 1.3 ohms
blue/white 0.6 ohms
purple/brown 0.7 ohms
purple/gray 1.2 ohms
white/black 1.3 ohms
gray/brown 1.3 ohms
Currently, the way the transformer is connected is as follows:
Blue - Neutral line
Black- hot line
brown - hot line
white and gray connected together
purple - not used
Can anyone shed some light on this?
Thanks
