Default Amp recomendations

Hi, to all.

Ok I have a case sitting with with the following:
Very nice looking!!!
2 x toroidals 200 VA
120000 uF total capacitance
delay circuit
2 x +-49 VDC rails
big heatsinks 2 x (10 x 24 x 4) cm with ready holes for 8 output devices (transistor / fet) and 2 for vbe transistor. (I can make holes for more if needed)

I want fill this case with a nice project and make it a good jazz amp. Power (~50-100 watt) I do not mind class A - A/B, mosfet or BJT output.
I want Just to be very detailed in highs, and controled in the lows.
Any recomendations? What about this amp My new baby amp

Anything good is welcome.

Thanks
