I need help on uprating This amplifier, First I use 56V CT (15Amp) Travo that produce +- 80V DC Next I use 6 pairs of sanken SA 1494 & SC 3858 I use driver 2SC5198 & 2SA1941 Should DC Of sett trimpot readjusted ? Next problem is that Resistor 22 K become hot enough and the transistor MJE340 &350 just before driver also become hot, even at idle. what part should i change or what to do |

for another information, The feedback resistor 15K was changed to 27K ohm.
Is there any effect come from this ? And last how far should I go ? 80V DC , 100V DC or anything possible with this schema without fundamental change ? I build this schema from blank PCB several times, and 'power hungry' users always ask me for more and more... Users always use amp for open stage purpose, and they usually connect many speakers, 'as many as this amp can handle' This amp now works daily on test at my home at moderate level, and no other problem yet. |
