Default sure sm58

i have a sm58 sure mic and one of the wires got disconnected from the head and when i reconnected it it worked until i soldered it... anyone know what the problem might be?

hello,

i would guess too much heat or you have loosened or broken one of the very small wires that go to the mic element, (one end of the very small voice coil that works in reverse to a speaker)
