which commercial amp uses VFET MOSFET? like 2SJ201 ?

I can probably compare the Aussie amp modules with some commercial amplifiers... can anybody tell me any amp manufacturers use 2SJ 2SA combo?

Bladelius S.A.T Amplifix uses 2SJ201/2SK1530, at least the model a few years ago. Also, I noticed the Sony ES series used them a while ago.
