Simulation model for TLV431

I'm looking for a simulation model (for LTSpice) which simulates also low currents as the TLV431 can manage. This device works down to 80 uA but the simulation assumes a "regular" model with the 2.5 V lowered to 1.25 V. Netlist, where are you?
