I opened up my Marantz pm-80 to build a preamp-out connection.

Parallel to all input connections i discoverd 103's ceramic capacitors.
Is it benefitial to the soundquality to remove them or to change them to film?

Any drawbacks if i remove them?

Large disc ceramics are very non linear but smaller ones are actually not as bad as many people believe. The main purpose of the caps will be to prevent RF entering and causing parasitic oscillations or degraded performance. You could change them to polystyrene or polyester film types but I would also be inclined to reduce the value from 10n to 1n. The reduced capacitive load on the driving source will probably have more effect on THD than changing the type of capacitor. Unless you live in an area with very high levels of RF pollution then 10n is overkill.
