Every country has own rules, and also depends of the "band" or frequency.
In U.K. the limit for HAM's is 400 watts , here I think was 2 kw, but I heard that some russian HAM station transmited with extremely high power. CB is other band which means "citizenz band" 27MHz

Yes CB was very popular about 20 years back, I preferrred it, no problem comunicating internationally with it, with the ham radio, 200 watts was plenty.
I think I better fire up the old valves sometime soon, Im not tube expert but maybe bad for them standing for so long. |

OK, I see what you trying to say, that cb and ham is different frequencies, yes they are, but a small change in the internal crystals and voala, cb frequencies, 27MHZ.
