hi..i want to modify my denon pma 495-r amp..i opened it and had a look at it..there is 8200uf power supply capacitors 4amps bridge diode..and there are a pair of 1uf elna tonerex capacitors ( i think they are input caps) and 47uf 50volts elna tonerex capacitors(i think they are feedback caps)
is the sound going to be better if i replace them with nippon chemicon 16volts 100uf bipolar caps and maybe replace mkp for input caps..i want to short circuit the input cap but i am not sure.. what do you prefer? is it worth to modify this amp? thanks
