I am trying to find replacement parts for this 300V complementary medium power NPN/PNP transistor array (for temperature tracking)
which appears to now be obsolete... http://www.zetex.com/3.0/pdf/ZDT6757.pdf There are quite a few 160V pairs, but I am looking for at least a 200V part. Does anyone know of another part out there ?? Both in one package is necessary for temperature tracking/cancellation for a current source running up to 160 or so Volts so 160V parts are on the edge. Thanks, boB Gudgel Washington, A.C. |

do not think there are many
not even 200 Volt in one package using 2 separate Transistors and glue them tight together would be my way regards
