Mosfet problems

Hi guy's,

I hope you can help me out here?!

Over here the 2sk-405 and 2sj-115 are obsolete.

What are usable replacement type's for those?

I dont know if i can use the 2sk-1530 and 2sj-201???

Hi

The 2SK1530 seems a good choice based on the datasheet (similar VGSoff, higher max current and voltage). Its transconductance is even more than twice the one of the 2SK405. Capacitance is about twice though. The zero temp coefficient is higher with the 2SK1530 (8A compared to 4A). These differences are not usually major but without seeing the amp schematics it is difficult to know for sure...

Hi!
As a sample case ... in case of 2SK1529/J200 they were different max voltage from 2SK1530/J201, I was able to replace K405/J115

The case ,the gate resister was 470ohm -1000ohm,
the source resister was 0.1ohm -0.22ohm,
and by adjusting the voltage of the bias,

However, if it doesn't gradually enlarge the voltage of bias from a small value, might be damaged.

For only one sample case .
(I can not say sure ,as not seeing the schematic...,too. sorry)
