how can i measure with multimeter a power out of audio amp ??
This is a good link to read about Power and how to measure it.
The whole site is very good to understand basic electronics.
Hours of fun guaranteed!
Basically, if you have a 'true RMS' meter you can apply a 1Khz sinewave and run the amp at full power just before clip.
Measure (in AC-mode) the RMS voltage and the RMS current.
RMS voltage * RMS current = Average RMS power.
There's no better way to explain things in a simple way.
Also perform a search on RMS, average power, ... on this site.
You will find a lot about the subject.
