RCA RCP20N50 & RCP10N50 Data sheets?

I picked up a few old sample packs of RCA:

35 pcs RCP20N50
35 pcs RCP10N50

They are dated on the package April 1992. I'm certain I could use these on some amps but I would really like to view the full data sheets if anybody has them. Perhaps they are just junk? They were free so its ok even if they are. Any help would be great.

At that kind of age they are probably going to be worse than 2N3055's - i doubt any of them are PNP anyway.
