I need the data sheet or at least the pinnout for an op-amp number RC1556T. It also says RAY on the 8 pin metal can, maybe for Raytheon? Info on the net suggets MC1456 as an equivalent and possibly SG1456. I can't find any data on the web.

MC1456 = standard opamp pinout:
2 : - input 3 : + input 6 : output 4 : -supply 7 : +supply 1,5,8 used for compensation, I don't have old datasheets here and I don't remember... RAY = Raytheon, sure ! ![]() 1556 = extended temp range 1456 in old Motorola system Hope this helps
